The ultimate purpose of a business is profit. To make a profit, the business employs people who sweep to people who audit financial statements. Just like in our lives, these businesses also encounter problems that may require an external support and those that give this support are called consultants. These people are well qualified so that they’re able to come up with a strategy, an actionable solution considering all parameters to solve the problem faced by the business. You may equate this to doctor consultations. There are governments that employ consultants to come up with expert advice and strategy to either face a problem or to make their work more efficient.
